Terrible service the owners should be ashamed to have such unprofessional people work in their astablishment... if it was my business I'd fire the whole staff... like myself (I just left) I was in the drive thru 5/28/17 4:25pm the young lady on the register where did y'all find her I was in the drive thru for 10 mins listening to her talk to someone else then she got spiffy with me when I asked are you talk to me. I think everybody behind me left... Terrible service she couldn't serve my dog... I'll never go back don't recommend this spot to no one, go to Popeyes....
Ok but Popeyes is better. Thought the chicken tasted more like frying oil than anything else. The biscuits are awesome
I give 2 stars because the bbq is good. I went to the place at 9:40pm and they said they were closed. I said "what time do you close"? He said 10pm but we don't have any more chicken. I said I don't want chicken. The staff member replied "we don't have anything left". I just left it alone.
RAW CHICKEN! The only reason it's one star rated is because I could not post otherwise - this is a NEGATIVE star rated restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE! We used to order from this restaurant in the morning on the way to work to pick up Bo-Berry biscuits, every single time we usually had to wait over 10 minutes, no line.. just us. And then one afternoon I ordered the chicken sandwich, bit into it.. realized it was cold... looked down and saw RAW CHICKEN! After I went inside to show them I emailed Bojangles from their site as a HEALTH CONCERN - no one emailed me - no one called me - nothing. I had to post this photo all over social media just to get a response from someone. So disappointed in BOJANGLES period. Needless to say we have not visited another Bojangles since.
The past 4 times I've been here the food has not been fresh. My spicy chicken fillet was cold but the biscuit was warm yet it was an old biscuit--how is that possible??? Dirty floors and counters inside, messy appearance overall. I didn't see any roaches at this one but I did find a roach in my tea at the location in Oxon hill... Hence why I've chosen to go to this one. The Entire facility could use a good cleaning. Run down part of town but no excuse not to give quality food. If not for the older lady working the drive making sure I got my order correct I think I'd given one star. Not quite the bottom of the barrels for Bojangles but definitely nowhere near acceptable.
